A simple and easy dessert, made from custard powder, milk, fruits, seviyan and sugar. Let's make some colourful dessert.
Steps

Boil milk in a pan and put vermicelli seviyan.

Stir well and add grated carrot.

Mix well and cook till it starts thickening.

Add sugar, khoya and cook till it thickened.

In another pan boil milk and sugar.

Make a paste from custard powder and 1/2 cup chilled milk.

Add this mixture in milk and sugar solution.

Stir and cook till it thickened.
- 9
Transfer carrot seviyan in serving bowl, add cutard, fruits and nuts and serve.
