Steps

Take gram flour water and curd
Mix them properly
Take precautions while mixing

Add lemon salt & sugar

Take pan and add the mixture
And stir it continuously for 3-4
Min in high flame - 4
Now you will see the batter will get thick off the gas

Now grease the kitchen top with oil
Than spread the mix nicely and equally plain and make thin layer - 6
Than make lines by knife and than roll it

After that take a small frying pan
Add oil mustard seed and til
Tadka is ready for khandvi
Spread All over in Khandvi and then add grated coconut & carrot
In last add Finely chopped coriander leaves - 8
Enjoy yummy khandvi
