In a bowl, add the self-rising flour, then pour in the egg mixture and milk. Whisk well until you have a thick batter.

Optional: Let the batter rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. I usually skip this and make them to eat right away. 😅

Heat a little butter in a skillet to cook the pancakes. Do not use oil. Cook over medium heat.

Flip the pancake when bubbles form on the surface. Once the bottom is golden, remove from the pan.

Serve with your favorite toppings, such as dulce de leche, banana, honey, and more.
