Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlbuckwheat or kutu ata,
  2. to taste,Salt
  3. 1/4 tspred chilli powder,
  4. 1/4 tspgaram masala powder,
  5. as requiredSome chopped dhania patta,
  6. 1 tspoil,
  7. 1Veggies medium sized onion chopped finely,
  8. 4 green chili chopped finely,
  9. 1/4 of each All three bell peppers finely diced

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a mixing bowl, add kutu ata.

    Add salt, red chilli powder & garam masala powder.

    Now add all the veggies one by one, mix it well.

    Add water slowly slowly b, make a thin batter (not runny). Add oil, mix it well.

    Add dhania patta, mix it well.

    Take a non-stick pan or tawa, add lil oil, heat it.

  7. 7

    Moderate the flame, pour 1 ladle full on the pan, spread in circle, make chila.

    Cook it both side till light brown.

    Take out in a serving dish, have it with any chutney or dip.

    It's a very good breakfast recipe. You can also have as a tea time snack.
