Soak chickpeas overnight.

Next day,boil till tender.

Boil,peel and dice potatoes.

Slice the chillies.

Finely chop the coriander,mint and onion.

Heat oil in a pan.

Add in onion and fry till translucent.

Add in ginger,garlic and green chillies.

Stir them well.

Add in gram flour without diluting it in water.

Bhoono it well till it turns light golden.

Add in curry leaves and mix.

Gradually add in water and mix.so that,there are no lumps.

Add in all the spices and mix.

Add in chickpeas,potatoes and coriander leaves.

Mix them well.

Add in water and cook on low flame till it is slightly thick.

Add in tamarind,mix and remove from flame.

Add in yoghurt,fried onion and mint.
