Ingredients

  • 100 mlRice vinegar
  • 35 gramsCoarse White sugar
  • 15 gramsLight brown sugar
  • 1 gramsCoarse salt

    Put all of the ingredients in a saucepan.

  2. 2

    Mix it over low heat making sure it doesn't boil. When all of the ingredients have melted, it is done.
