3-4 servings
  • 5potato
  • 2 tbsketchup
  • 2 tbsaloo imli aloo bukhry ke chtni
  • 4tomato puree
  • 1 tbsred chili
  • 1 tbssugar
  • 1/2 tbsginger & garlic paste
  • 1/2chat masala
  • Salt as your taste
  • 1 tbscumin
  • 2 tbsoil
  • Oil for fry fries

20-25 mins
  1. 1

    Add oil in pan...fry the fries

    Add oil in other pan

    Add ginger garlic paste and cumin cook 1-2mint

    Add tomato puree, chantni,ketchup,sugar,all spices

    Cook for 3-4 mint

    In mixture add fries mix well. Cook for 1-2 mint in low flame
