Ingredients

30 minutes
6 servings
  • 500 mlMilk
  • 1/2 cupCream cheese
  • 1 cupHeavy cream
  • 1 cupSugar
  • 1 tspVanilla extract
  • 1 tspCarrageenan
  • 5 pcsBiscuit
  • 1/2 cupBlueberry compote
  • as per requirementFresh Blueberry (for garnish)

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Add carrageenan to warm milk, stir on low flame till it dissolves. completely. Cooldown to room temperature.

    Whip cream till peaks arise, add powdered sugar, cream cheese, vanilla extract & prepared milk mixture, mix well.

    Cover with cling film & deep freeze for 4 hrs. Remove & whip again.

    Add biscuit chunks (optional) & mix well. Add blueberry compote, make swirls with a skewer.

    Cover with cling film & deep freeze for 8hrs or overnight.

    Remove & keep at room temperature for 4-5 minutes. Enjoy!😋
