Egg bhurji with vegetables

Beat the eggs in a bowl

Take a pan and add ghee.

Add chopped onions and sauté till they become translucent.

Add the fry Masalas and chopped tomatoes. Cook till mushy.

Now add chopped carrots and capsicum and sauté for sometime.

Now add beaten eggs and stir vigorously so that it scrambles together.

Garnish with some greens of spring onions
- 8
Serve hot
