There should be a saying you can never go wrong with mangoes, they are so versatile and yummy, so here is a recipe which I learnt post marriage and which is summer favourite and is made every 3-4 days during May Aamras
Steps

Soak mangoes for minimum 30 minutes, every time you want to consume them.

Peel the skin and cut the flesh in blender jar, keep seed aside

Add sugar, black pepper and milk blend it, check the consistency if you want thin add some more milk, if you want sweet add some more sugar

Add ghee and blend again, this is to avoid any stomach ache due to overeating 🤭

Ta daaa your aamras is ready remove in a bowl and keep it in fridge and serve as post meal dessert or with Puri I served it with Palak Puri today enjoy❤️
