Whenever anyone in my family hears the word 'non-veg', their mouths start watering—especially for chicken! Everyone loves chicken at home, and since it's high in protein, it's also healthy to eat. That's why today I made chicken in the KFC style, which tastes absolutely delicious.

Wash the chicken thoroughly and let all the water drain. In a bowl, mix buttermilk, salt, and hot sauce, then add the chicken. Let it marinate for 4 hours.

After 4 hours, take half of the flour on a plate. Add garlic powder, black pepper, red chili powder, and salt. Remove the chicken from the buttermilk and coat each piece well in the flour mixture.

In a bowl, crack 3 eggs and add ginger-garlic paste, salt, and black pepper. Beat well.

Mix the remaining flour with the same spices as before. Dip the chicken pieces in the egg mixture, then coat them again in the flour mixture.

Heat oil in a deep pan or skillet. Fry the chicken pieces until golden and crispy.

Your KFC-style fried chicken is ready to serve!
