Steps

Take poha in stariner and wash it properly with water and keep aside the poha in stariner to dry, do not fully dry the poha

Chopped the onion, green chilli and tomato and keep aside them

Check poha, it has to be slightly wet, in medium heat place pan/kadhai, add 1 spoon oil, then add mustard seeds, chopped green chilli and 1 teaspoon turmeric powder (haldi) in pan/kadhai. Mix them well for 30 seconds.

Now add slightly wet poha and add sugar and salt and then mix them well continuously till the poha become yellow because of haldi. Place the lid on the pan and on slow flame cook poha for 1 min.

Remove the lid, on the high flame still poha for again 30 seconds and then take poha into the big size pot. Then add chopped onion, tomato, fried peanut, Bhujiya (namkeen of your choice), coriander leaves.

Mix them well and then squeeze the lemon as per the requirement and then mix it well and serve hot and add some coriander leaves on top when serve.
