Ingredients

  • 1 kgRice
  • 1 kgseekh kabab
  • 2Onion sliced
  • 1 teaspoonginger garlic Paste
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 2,3green Chillies chopped
  • 1 literyakhni
    Yakhni soup (chicken or meat stock)

35 minutes
  1. 1

    Rinse and soak the rice.

    Heat the oil and fry the seekh kabab, keep aside.

    Seekh kababs Cut in half,
    Oil add in a pan and fry the onion slices, then add ginger garlic Paste, then add tomato and all dry spices,

    Add seekh kabab keep stirring then add yakhni, give it boil and add soaked rice.

    Let it cook until tender the rice and dry all exceed water.
    Cook in steam for 10 minutes. Then serve hot with raita
