Ingredients

4,5 people
  • 4,5 TablespoonCustard powder
  • 4 cupMilk
  • 4 TablespoonSugar
  • 1 packetJelly
  • Cake as required

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Place the custard powder, milk and sugar in a saucepan and stir well until the flour is dissolved well. Turn the heat to medium, stir the mixture continuously until the custard begins to thicken. Making sure there are no lumps formed. Once thickened, turn off the heat and allow the custard to cool and keep aside.

    Prepare the jelly according to the instructions and allow it to cool slightly,

    Place the cake slices in the bottom of serving dish then pour custard on top and let it cool,

    After couple of hours when custard and jelly are settled remove jelly from the pot and place on custard.
    Garnish with cake slices, dust some cake on top.
    Serve chilled.
