GRAVY PREPARATION:
First of all in a wok, heat oil and add onions in it fry it until golden brown in colour. - 2
Take out all the fried onions and in the same oil add beef and ginger garlic paste in it. Fry it for 1 minute.

Now add biryani masala, tomatoes and dahi in it and mix it well until oil separates

Now add water in it and cover and cook until beef tenders.

In a separate wok, heat oil and aloo. Add some salt and food colour(mix with water) and let it cook until aloo done.

In the meanwhile, boil water with gram masala and salt in a pot and add rice in it.

Boil rice until it is 3/4th done and set aside.

Now mix brown pyaz, aloo, hara dhania and hari mirch in the gravy, mix it and turn off the flame.

LAYERING:
In a pot, add half of the rice and sprinkle some oil and salt in it. - 10
Now layer gravy over it and again layer rice and garnish with tomato slices and chopped hara dhania.

Sprinkle some biryani masala, few drops of biryani essence and food colour over it.

Put it on dum on high flame for 8-10 minutes and then low the flame for next 20-25 minutes.
Biryani is ready.
