Soak overnight the white chick peas

In the morning, boil the white chick peas with water in cooker

In cooker, add tea leaves after tying in any cotton cloth

Make dough of all-purpose flour with the help of drinking soda (no added water in it)

Grind the onions, ginger and green chillies

Cut the tomatoes into tiny pieces

Heat the oil in pan

After saute for 5 minutes, add all spices in it

After heating oil, make bhature of dough and fry from both sides
