Fry onion in oil till golden brown then add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and black pepper, stir fry it. Add ginger garlic paste and tomatoes cook until soft. Now add minced beef mix it well.

Add methi crushed in palms, add all dry spices then cook it well. Cut and peel potatoes into dice and add it into minced.

Add half cup water to tenderize the potatoes. Cover with lid for 10mins. When oil released and potatoes become soft dish out garnish it with green coriander. And serve with phulki.
