In pot add milk, sugar and cardamom seeds mix well, and bring it to boil, cook until milk is 1/4 reduced and keep stirring in between

In frying pan add ghee and let it melt, add vermicelli and fry until golden brown (2 minutes) and set aside

In milk, add fried vermicelli, mix well and cook on low flame for 5 minutes

Add nuts, mix and simmer it for 10 minutes

Sheer khurma is ready!!
