Ingredients: Salt to taste; Ground black pepper to taste; 2 tbsp olive oil; 1/2 tsp dijon; 2 garlic cloves, finely diced; 1-2 medium potatoes, boiled, skin on or off; 1 small tin, anchovies, drained; Small handful, green beans, boiled; 1 red onion, peeled and sliced; Handful olives, green/black or mixture; 1 celery stalk, sliced; 2 eggs, boiled, peeled and sliced in half; Handful cherry tomatoes, cut in half; 1 can tuna drained; 1/2 Green pepper, sliced

Sauce
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
2 tbspolive oil
1/2 tspdijon
2garlic cloves, finely diced
Salad
1-2medium potatoes, boiled, skin on or off
1small tin, anchovies, drained
Small handful, green beans, boiled
1red onion, peeled and sliced
Handfulolives, green/black or mixture
1celery stalk, sliced
2eggs, boiled, peeled and sliced in half
Handfulcherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 cantuna drained
1/2Green pepper, sliced

Steps

Mix the sauce ingredients together.

Assembled the plate with all the vegetables first. Pour the sauce over the vegetables. Season with more salt and pepper if desired.

Top with the tuna, anchovies and egg. Enjoy.
