Prepare the ingredients:
Rinse the beef and cut it into 3/4-inch (2 cm) cubes.
Wash the bell pepper and cut it into cubes the same size as the beef.
Wash the onion and cut it into cubes the same size as the beef.
Remove the core from the pineapple, then use a tablespoon to scrape out the juice and flesh. - 2
Marinate the beef:
Place the beef in a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon bouillon powder, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon ketchup, and 1 teaspoon chili sauce. Mix well and let marinate for 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.

Cook:
Melt 3/4 oz (20 grams) unsalted butter in a pan, then add 1 tablespoon minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry over high heat until just cooked through, then remove the beef from the pan.
Add a little cooking oil and more minced garlic to the pan, sauté until fragrant, then add the bell pepper and onion. Stir-fry until just tender.
Add the pineapple juice and flesh to the pan, then return the beef to the pan and mix together. Add 1 tablespoon oyster sauce and 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, stirring until the sauce thickens slightly. Remove from heat and serve.
