1 litremilk
4 tbspsugar
2 tspcondensed milk
1 tspcardamom powder
1/2 cupkhoya
2 tbspsiwayian
1 tbspghee
1 tbspkewra
Nuts for garnish
3-4chuwarey
2 tbsprice crushed and soaked

In a pan fry siwayyan until light golden and keep aside

Cook milk,add Elaichi powder,rice and cook on slow flame

Add sugar, condensed milk and cook.

Add khoya,siwayyan and let it thicken.

Add some nuts Inside,kewra and cool. Garnish with nuts and serve
