Take the beef, gram lentils, Garam masala, and 4 cups of water and bring it to boil.
Now add chilli flakes, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds, green chillies and onions.
Cook on low heat until the meat and lentils are tender. - 2
If there is any excess water, dry it by turning the heat up.
Add eggs, coriander,salt and some Garam masala or you can add chop green chillies coriander and onion after chopping up to you.In that case don't add green chillies in boiling. Take the cooked mixture in a chopper and chop till it becomes smooth..Or you can mash manually by using hawan dasta or sill... - 3
Take a handful of the ground mixture and shape it into a small round patties.
Do the same for the rest of the mixture.
Fry to a deep golden brown
OR
Lightly dip each patty into the beaten eggs.
Fry to a deep golden brown.
Serve hot. - 4
