Overnight Oats is a perfect ready-to-go Breakfast. They are super customizable, you can make this recipe fit into your dietary needs. Swap out the almond milk for cow milk or water, mix the chia or flax seeds, and choose different (or no) dry fruits. I often prepared my overnight oats in various flavors and taste. Today I prepared it with one of the classic flavors.....Walnut, dates, and banana and topped it with Honey coated walnuts. This is one of the great ways to add walnuts to daily diet...as we all know the benefits of walnuts and one should eat Walnuts on daily basis.

Steps

Firstly mash 1 banana and
Combined it with all the above ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Keep 1 banana for topping.
Transfer the prepared mixture to a glass bowl or Mason jar and keep it in the refrigerator for overnight or 4-5 hours.
(I preferred to soak chia seeds separately so that in serving time make a layer of soaked oats, soaked chia seeds and fresh fruits for look beautiful and more colorful.) - 2
For honey coated walnuts, firstly dry roast walnuts till crunchy.
Now heat butter in a nonstick Pan, keep the flame on low, add honey and cinnamon powder mix everything together. Add roasted walnuts toss it till walnuts coated with honey evenly. Turn of flame. Transfer this in a baking paper. Once it's cool store it in an airtight container and enjoys it as a snack or topping of any dessert. - 3
The next morning take out the jar at least 30 minutes before eating.
Add some chopped apples or any crunchy fruit to add some extra crunch.
Topped with some Honey Coated Walnuts and Banana pieces.
Enjoy this super healthy ready to go Breakfast.
