Take besan in bowl, add 2 tbsp Ginger, garlic and green chilli paste, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, chopped coriander leaves. Make a thick batter adding desired water. (Add pinch baking soda if you want and a strictly health concious)

Now sprinkle red chilli powder and salt to potato slices, paneer cubes and eggs. This coating will enhance the taste of pakore.

Heat oil in pan. Dip them in batter one by one and fry on medium heat till they turn golden yellow.

Serve it will homemade tamarind chutney, green chutney tomto ketchup, onion slices and fried green chilli.
