  7. 2 tspgaram masala powder
  8. 4 tbspSoonth
  9. 2pyaz slice cut
  10. 1 tbsplal mirch powder
  11. 1pyaz ko cut kar brown kar k nikal lein
  12. 3 se 4 tbspBhona atta
  13. 1n half cup oil
  14. 2 tspzeera
  15. Salt as per taste
  16. Pani as req

    Subse phele gosht ko ache se dho lein.

    Ab ek pateeli me oil dalien aur pyaz ko dal k golden kar lein.aur lehsan adrak dal k gosht ko dal bhone

    Sonth,sonf,zeera ko pees lein aur phir bari illaichi ko ek potli me bandh lein aur baki masalon k sath gosht me dal k bhone oil alag hojaye to pani add kar dein.

    Ache se halki anch pe pakney dein jab naliyan gal jayen to unka gooda nikal k nehari me add kar dein.

    Ab ek pani me atta mix kar k add karen aur brown pyaz b phir half hour cook hone dein tarri uper ajaye to stove off kar dein potli ko ache se daba k nikal lein.
