Ingredients

  1. 6potatoes
  2. 4small onions
  3. 6garlic minced
  4. 3dried red chilli
  5. 1 tsphomemade garam masala(all khada masala)
  6. 2 tspmustard oil
  7. as per tasteSalt
  8. 1 tspcumin seeds
  9. 1 tspDried kasuri methi

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a kadhai add oil then add 1tsp cumin seeds,some garlic and slicely cut potatoes and onions mix it together cook for a while

  2. 2

    Add salt and 1tsp garam masala,and dried kasuri methi....again mix it together, close the lid

  3. 3

    After 10min open the lid....cook for more 5 min its ready
