2 handfulsfrozen parsnip, carrot, and red beet fries
2 tbspunsalted butter
1evenly chopped sweet onion
5evenly sliced medium portabellas stems removed
2celery sticks sliced evenly crosswise
1/3 lbstick beef sausage sliced evenly crosswise
5evenly sliced radishes
1tspn Herbs de Provence (or similar green herb blend)

Bake frozen fries on foil on sheet pan 20 minutes @400°

While fries are baking saute remaining ingredients covered on low

Chop finished fries & blend with sauteed ingredients.

Add salt & pepper to taste
