  • 500raw mango
  • 700sugar
  • As neededKesar
  • 1/2 tbsp Elaichi powder

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and cut mangoes in small pieces now add sugar and mix well.

    Now cook them till sugar syrup becomes thick. Let it be cool down and then add kesar and Elaichi powder.

    Mixed it well and store it.
