Steps

Wash and cut onions and bhindi now fry them.and keep aside.

Now mix curd besan salt well and cook them on slow flame.

Now heat the oil add jeera chilli ginger garlic sauté and add them in Curd mixture. Add hing and turmeric in oil too.

Now add bhindi and fry onions in curry add coriander and serve with paratha or roti.
