Mung daal with palak /spinach daal

Wash mung daal 2-3 time rinse a water in to also wash chopped spinach also

Heat the pan add oil when heat the oil add cumin seed and hing and garlic ginger paste in a pan and add wash mung daal

Add 1/2 glass water add salt as per taste now closed the lid and cook for 15-20 min on slow gas

Checked once daal be cooked add chopped spinach and cook for 2-3 min

Finally add all spices like red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder and mix well finally add ghee

Now ready your spinach daal serves with roti or paratha
