Heat wok and add.pork ribs dont add.cooking oil.Let the ribs render its fats.Fry it until it turns to golden brown.Place aside of the wok then use the ribs fat to stir fry garluc ginger and dried mushroom.Cook until all are fragrant then combine with ribs.Pour water and cover then cook in high heat for ten mins.

At that time the pirk is already tender add in the tangkoy mix well and cover.Simner until the tangkoy is a little bit soft.
