Ingredients

30 minutes
  1. 250 gm mushroom
  2. 2mid size onion
  3. 2mid size tomato
  4. 1 inchpiece ginger
  5. 2 table spoonmustard oil
  6. As neededSalt , red chilli powder , haldi powder ,
  7. As neededcoriander powder, garam masala
  8. 2 tablespoonKasuri methi malai
  9. 2 sabut red chilli
  10. 2 bay leaf
  11. as requiredSome jeera
  12. 1/2 tablespoon besan

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Proper wash & cut into thick slices of mushroom & dip in cold water.

  2. 2

    For masala take onion tomato
    & ginger. Make a smooth paste in grinder. In cooker add oil jeera red chilli & bay leave.

  3. 3

    Roast it till brown add grind masala, also roast it proper till oil separate. Add all dry masala & gram flour, again roast for few min.

  4. 4

    If required add some drops of water & mushroom pieces, saute it for 3 to 4 minutes.

  5. 5

    Now add 1 cup of water & cover it with for 2 to 3 whistle.
    Add malai garammasala & fresh coriander leaves it ready for serve
