Slightly crush the cashews in a mixer.

Now when the ghee is hot in 1 pan, add the mango pulp. (I have taken saffron mango here which is not sour but sweet.) Soak the mango for 2 minutes. Now add sugar in it.

When the sugar melts, add crushed cashew nuts and milk powder. Mix everything thoroughly. Keep the gas and flame slow here.

Now put ghee in 1 plastic and weave it like a loaf of cashew slices. Now cut it with a paddle.

Garnish with pistachio nuts. Mango cashew nuts are ready.
