Chrysanthemum Greens and Cheese Rolled in Chikuwa Fish Sticks

My mother-in-law gave me a lot of chrysanthemum leaves so I made this.
Step 2 is also good using shiso (perilla)

Steps

Vertically cut the chikuwa in half and spread open. Score the inside with a knife cutting a diagonal pattern. Cut the cheese in half.

On the browned side, lay the chrysanthemum greens (leaves only) and cheese. Roll and secure both sides with toothpicks.
- 3
Char slightly in a pan, cut in half and enjoy.
