First soaked n washed Daal chana In a bowl for 1 hour

Now take a pan fry meat in a pan in oil add ginger garlic paste in it add all spices n Daal chana in it mix well

Add 5 cups water cook in a low flame till it become tender n water completely dry

Now grind it or mash it with mash machine or any other way

Add mint leaves n egg in it

Knead again n again till better become thick

Now make shape of kababs in plate

Serve with salad n raita
