Take a bowl, add keema, papaya paste, red chili powder flakes, salt, dhania zeera, chat masala, yogurt, garam masala, ground onion and ginger paste, mix well and leave 4 --6 hours In refrigerator.....

Then mix ghee in keema...
Now take a pan and cook keema on low heat until its done. Now give smoke of koyla.. - 3
Serve with poori Paratha Nan bbq chutney raita onion slices and 😊 sauce
