Steps

Take a bowl put chana and moong dal wash and soaked.

Take a spinach leaf chop and washed.

Take a grinder jar put dal,green chillies and ginger grind well.

Take a mixing bowl put grind dal add all spices mix then add spinach and onion mixed.

Take a wok put oil then oil smoked take a some part of batter put in your palm and flat then fry in hot oil then turn in both sides fry crisp.

Take a serving plate put vadas serve with ketchup and mayo.
