Preheat an oven to 170℃

Make the banana paste by chopping the banana, then mash with a fork and finish by sprinkling the sugar on top. Microwave for 40 seconds.

Sift all dry ingredients into a bowl.

Put all wet ingredients into a separate bowl, and mix them well until it is emulsified. Add the banana paste.

Mix the wet and dry ingredients together.

Fill the muffin mold about 2/3 full with the dough, put the berry jam close to the top, then cover with a little more dough.

Bake in 170°oven for 30 minutes.
