Pan Roast Potato Wedges
Steps

Peel and wash the potatoes.

Cut them into wedge shapes and wash again til water is clear.

Put them in a cooking pot, add water and salt and boil them for 5 mins.

Drain excess water,then add 2tbsp of oil, paprika and chilli then toss them til well mixed.

Heat 2tbsp of oil then add the potatoes.
- 6
Keep turning them until you attain desired crunch.

Enjoy with beverage of choice.
