Ingredients

15-23minutes
  • 1 & 1/2 cup mango pulp
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 2 tablespoonlemon juice
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1/4 cupWater

Steps

15-23minutes
  1. 1

    Add sugar into the water and cook it for 4 -8 minutes then add mango puree into the water mix well until thicken then add lemon juice and check it into the plate by putting some puree over plate if it drip slowly then it means jam is ready.
