Schezwan Cabbage Fritters

Put grated cabbage in a bowl, add refined flour, baking soda, onions, spring onions, salt, garlic, schezwan chutney and water and mix.

Slide the mixture into hot oil and deep-fry till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. Place the fritters over the sauce, garnish with a little parsley and serve hot.
