2roll fettuccine pasta
1/2 cupgrilled chicken (Julienne cut)
1green bell pepper Julienne cut
Parsley for garnish
White sauce
1 tbspbutter
1 cupmilk
1/4 cupmozzarella cheese
1 tbspall-purpose flour
1/2 tspwhite pepper powder
Salt to taste
Chicken Fillet marination
1/2 tspblack pepper powder
1 tbspoil
1/2 tsporegano

Boil the fettuccine pasta.

For white sauce, take a pan and add butter. Add maida and cook on low heat. Make sure no lumps are formed by constantly mixing. Then turn off the flame and add milk and mix thoroughly. Once the milk boils add white pepper and cheese and mix well.

Fry the marinated chicken fillet on a flat nonstick pan. Once cooked cut the fillet in juilien cut.

Now mix the chicken, bell peppers and fettuccine pasta in white sauce and serve hot in a plate.
