1/2 cup- Hung curd
1/4 cup- chopped spring onions
1/4 tsp- chopped green chili
1/4 tsp- grated garlic
1/4 tsp- powdered sugar
1/4 tsp- mustard powder
black pepper
Salt to taste

Add garlic, chilies, spring onions, sugar, mustard powder, black pepper and salt to the hung curd in a blender.

Give it a nice mix.
