This is my version of pasta in walnut cheesy sauce for the love of Italian Cuisine and pasta.
I have used conchiglie wheat pasta.

This is my version of pasta in walnut cheesy sauce for the love of Italian Cuisine and pasta.

Preparation - 20 Minutes
Cook Time - 40 Minutes - 2
(1) For Salsa Di Noci (Walnut Sauce)
In a pan heat olive oil, add onion, Tomato, garlic cloves, Salt and sauté for about 5 minutes. Add walnuts and roast it for few minutes. - 3
Let it cool down and make a smooth paste in a mixer jar. Add milk while grinding the same to get smooth paste.

Heat a pan add butter, add this smooth walnut paste and let it cook for about 5 minutes. Now add oregano, Salt and garlic powder and mix well.

Now add cheese slice and let it melt our Salsa Di Noci is ready

(2)For Stuffed Conchiglie Pasta -
Boil Conchiglie Pasta and Corns and keep aside. In a pan heat oil, add beetroot, Green Bell Peppers, Garlic Powder, Chilli Flakes and Oregano and mix well. Cook it for about 5 minutes. - 7
Now add finely diced cheese in this filling & start stuffing this filling in conchiglie Pasta like this.

In a serving plate add Salsa Di Noci and place this stuffed Conchiglie Pasta. Garnish it with grated cheese,olives and crushed Walnuts and bake for about 15 Minutes in a preheated oven @180°c.

Our Conchiglie Pasta in Salsa Di Noci is ready to serve for Dinner. Enjoy this scrumptious pasta with walnut twist.
