Marinate fillet with garlic, peprika, white pepper,red chilli flakes, bbq sauce, hot sauce and chicken powder or salt.. for 3,4 hours.. put in refrigerator

In a bowl take all dry ingredients and mix well.. (flour, salt, chicken powder, red chilli, mustard, black pepper, garlic powder)

In another bowl take ice chilled water and yogurt.. mix well..

Now Take chicken fillet dip in dry flour.. press like this so you can get cracks

Then dip in water and again in dry..

Fry in hot oil for 5,6 min each side.. Do not touch till 1 side done..

Fry till golden in colour..
Show it's crisp.. - 8
Cut cucumber with potato slicer and put in ice chilled water..

Note:when I short of ice burg I use cucumber slices.. dip in water and drain at the time of assembling..

Take take burger bun put Cucumber slices.. then fried chicken..

Now cheese slice, burger sauce and jalapenos

Enjoy with curly fries..

Note: you can toast your burger again after assembling in preheat oven for 3,4 min..
