Tomato Thokku
Steps

Take all the ingredients for making Tomato Thokku.
Finely Chopped the Garlic & Onion & Tomatoes.

Take 2Round dry red chillies and here Other all ingredients for seasoning.
Take a pan and pour required quantity of gingelly oil in pan.after the oil is hot
Add 2Round dry red chillies in cooking pan for seasoning.

Add 1/2Teaspoon Mustard seeds and 1Teaspoon Urad dal.
Fry the urad dal until light golden brown.
Add chopped garlic pods 6nos & 2bunch curry leaves.
Fry the chopped garlic until light golden brown.

After seasoning and add other all ingredients for making Tomato Thokku.
Add 2Medium size chopped Onion in Cooking pan.

Add Required amount of salt powder for saute the onion as soon.
Onion until golden brown and add medium size 8chopped tomatoes and saute it well.

Add 1/2Teaspoon Turmeric powder and 1Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder and Saute it well and Add required amount of water for cooking tomatoes.

After adding water and boil it for 5 or 7mins in medium flame and cover the lid for 5 aur 10mins in low flame.

Add 1/4th Teaspoon Asafoetida powder and Required amount of coriander leaves for garnishing.

"Tomato Thokku" is ready to serve
