Make the filling by mincing chicken and the veggies,onion, ginger, capsicum,coriander

Mix then with butter and cover and rest for 3 hrs in fridge

Combine the dry ingredients in a container – flour, salt, and baking powder and give it all a cursory mix.
Add in the exact amount of water in 2 parts while bringing the dough together. Dab a bit of water around the edges of the cover and fill them with about 3/4th spoon of the filling - 4
Cook them in steamer for 30 mins and serve with sauce
