Ingredients

  1. 2cooked paratha
  2. Few chopped Coriander leaves
  3. 2 tbspclarified butter /oil
  4. Few chopped ginger
  5. 1green chilli
  6. 8-10curry leaves
  7. 1capsicum cubes
  8. 1tomato cubes
  9. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1 tspcoriander powder
  11. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  12. 2 tbsptomato ketchup
  13. 1 tbspred chilli sauce
  14. as per tasteSalt
  15. 1onion cubes
  16. 1/4 tspturmeric powder

Cooking Instructions

10-15 minutes

    Cut the parathas into pieces (square)

    Heat oil/clarified butter on low flame. Add ginger, curry leaves, green chili

  3. 3

    Saute few seconds and add onion cubes cook until translucent

  4. 4

    Add chopped capsicum, tomato, and little salt according to your veggies
    (Don't add too much salt)

    Saute for 2-3 minutes. Add spices - turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala

  6. 6

    Add red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup saute for a minute.

  7. 7

    Add paratha pieces. Mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Switch off-gas.

    Garnish with few chopped coriander leaves.

    Chilli parotta ready to eat.
