This recipe is made from paratha. You can also use leftover paratha. An easy, simple, and spicy street food of South India.
Cooking Instructions

Cut the parathas into pieces (square)
- 2
Heat oil/clarified butter on low flame. Add ginger, curry leaves, green chili
- 3
Saute few seconds and add onion cubes cook until translucent
- 4
Add chopped capsicum, tomato, and little salt according to your veggies
(Don't add too much salt) - 5
Saute for 2-3 minutes. Add spices - turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala

Add red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup saute for a minute.

Add paratha pieces. Mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Switch off-gas.

Garnish with few chopped coriander leaves.

Chilli parotta ready to eat.
