Ingredients

6-7 servings
  1. 1 kgplum
  2. 500 gmsugar
  3. fewMint leaves
  4. 1 tspsalt(according to taste)
  5. 1 tspblack salt (acc to taste)
  6. 1 tspjeera powder (acc to taste)
  7. 1 tspblack pepper (acc to taste)
  8. 1 1/2 litrewater

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash plum in water

  2. 2

    Boil plums in water till they aur soft (approximate 15 mins).

  3. 3

    Add sugar n boil for another 2 min to dissolve it and add mint leaves.

  4. 4

    Switch off-gas. Allow it to cool down.

  5. 5

    Strain the mixture after cooling n add all masala.

  6. 6

    Serve chill.
