Easy Peasy Garlic Bread!🍞
Just created this recipe by my own few years back! It's me and my family's favourite snack. you can eat it with tea in evening as well.🌸

Gather all the ingredients first.
💛Note: if you're using unsalted butter then, add salt as well in the ingredients.

Take a bowl and add 3 tbsp butter in it.
Then add, all the ingredients in it, chopped garlic, chilli flakes, coriander and mixed herbs.
💛Tip: only use room temperature butter, don't use hard butter otherwise your ingredients won't mix well in the butter.

Mix all the ingredients well in butter.

Spread the garlic butter on your bread slices like this.

Heat up your griddle for 5 minutes on high flame grease it with ghee or butter.
Place all your slices on griddle and fry them until light golden brown, on medium low flame.

When your slices gets light golden brown, then fry another side for 2 minutes and now place it in a cutting board!
Cut a slice in 4 pieces and then set your slices in a beautiful plate with tea.
